The Wooden Dummy while fairly standard can be mounted in several different ways, here you will find various different frame types you can make your buying or building decision from. The dummies flagged by can be purchased on this site, you will find a detailed list of suppliers on the links page.
 

This dummy made by Woodendummy Ltd in the UK is an all weather dummy made for the rigours of the UK such as rain, sun and I guess the snow. It very reasonably priced, it method of mounting is dig a big hole and concrete it in place.

 

This particular dummy is readily available on the net, I found this one on Playwell Martial Arts and Wing Lam Enterprises and also have seen them on ebay, the method used for securing these to the ground are several bolts (not sold with dummy) which go into the black base.

This is a traditional dummy, I've not found any where to purchase one, however I thought I would it include it for reference purposes.

There are a selection of wooden dummies that will fit in the corner of the room this one I found at Gungfu.com Training Gear if you do not have enough wall space maybe you have a spare corner you can place a dummy.

The company Great Lion Enterprises are very inventive crowd and   make not only corner wooden dummies of all shapes and sizes they also make PVC dummies, they have a wide range to choose from including wall mounted, freestanding and as you can see here corner dummies that can be used inside and out, they have recently included chrome legs for those out door weather conditions, rather than show them all here I suggest you pop over to their website and take look.

Here is a another wall mountable dummy made again by Woodendummy Ltd this is a suspension dummy, to assist on fighting back, this dummy move backwards under impact.

 

The Buick Yip website can give you more detail on what they have available and how they go about making the dummies, needles to say the dummies are of outstanding quality on their website have seen them mounted on wall and corner frames.

This Foshan dummy I only found the other day at Wushu Direct, it comes complete with wall mount unlike some of the others where the wall mount is an are optional extra. you can also by pads at the same place for this dummy, the site also explains that this dummy is a little different in shape to the normal ones.

Here is a half-dummy made by Woodendummy Ltd who have quite a range of dummies to suit the individuals needs, this fixes to the wall with 4 bolts.

 

This is the Immortal free-standing dummy and can be found at a few places on the net, its black and looks pretty cool, its made of solid recycled plastic, and designed to be kicked to the floor.

Here is a dummy made by Woodendummy Ltd you will notice that the immortal and this look very similar, this is one of the first dummies I came across.
